Valeria Severi is a nutritionist, biologist, counsellor, and science communicator. Her background spans marine biology, pharmacology, scientific communication, nutrition, and analytical transactional counselling – a journey that has allowed her to combine scientific rigour with human empathy, technical knowledge with attentive listening.

After years of working in research and pharmaceutical agencies between Rome and London, she shifted her focus from disease to prevention. Since then, she has been working in private practice, teaching, writing, and leading educational projects that promote an integrated approach to health. “Awareness,” she says, “is also compassion – listening to yourself without judgment, starting with everyday acts like eating.” In today’s world, saturated with information and automatic behaviours, Valeria helps people rediscover a peaceful relationship with food by tuning into their bodies’ true needs.
