Shipping and returns


The goods are delivered by courier within about 5 days of receipt of payment. It is very important for there to be a person at the address indicated who is ready to receive the goods, in order to avoid additional costs. 


Transport costs

There is no minimum order value.

For orders of at least 120,00 € with delivery in Italy, no SHIPPING FEE is applied. For all other orders, shipping costs amount to 7.90 €.

For orders of at least 190,00 € with delivery in Austria and Germany, no SHIPPING FEE is applied. For all other orders, shipping costs amount to 9.90 €.

For deliveries to other countries within the European Union, shipping costs amount to 25.00 €, regardless of the value of the order.

We can deliver our products worldwide. Prices on request. 


Shipping partners and traceability

To send our products we use the following couriers:

  • DHL
  • BRT
  • GLS
  • UPS


You can change the courier upon request.

As soon as the package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track its route, so you can track the shipment directly online.

Please note: as a rule, the status of the shipment is not available until the following morning.

If the courier calls when you are not at home, you will be notified of non-delivery. Please provide an address where someone can collect the package. 


Delivery to an address other than the one indicated

This can be done without any problems. Simply enter the desired address before the final order confirmation.

Please make sure that the addressee can receive the package.


Goods returns

Please send returned goods to:

If possible, also attach the invoice or delivery note. The above information is not a binding condition for the exercise of your right of cancellation.

For the returned goods, you will receive credit of the same amount. It may take up to 10 days for the amount to be credited.

The reversal can only be credited to the account from which the payment was made. If the payment was made by credit card, the reversal will be visible on the statement of account of the following month.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the delivery of goods which

  • have been prepared in accordance with specific customer instructions, or
  • have obviously been prepared for your personal needs
  • by their very nature cannot be returned



Any claims for damaged goods must be sent in writing and with attached photos within a maximum of 8 days from receipt of the goods, if the buyer is a legal person, or within a maximum of 2 months from receipt of the goods, if the buyer is a natural person.
