Headquarters

Manufactory of Taste

The architecture of our Manufactory takes its lead entirely from the nature around it. Just a few kilometres from Lake Braies, with a view of the mountains that enclose it, every detail has been considered with care. Wood, natural light, tradition and modernity find their balance here — creating a place with an atmosphere all of its own.

Let yourself be inspired: by what you see, by fine flavours, and by real encounters with the people who work here with passion, day after day.

Fruit Boutique

Step through our doors and you enter a world of fruity delights. Karoline, Margit and Chiara will welcome you warmly and are glad to guide you through the Alpe Pragas range. Whether you are looking for the perfect gift or simply want to treat yourself, you will find it here.

A pause, with a view of the Dolomites

Take a moment for yourself at our bar. Treat yourself to one of our fruit drinks, something sweet alongside a fragrant coffee or, if the mood takes you, an aperitif from our signature cocktails.

Take a seat inside, between the shop and the tower, or in summer outdoors on our terrace with a view of the Dolomites. An atmosphere where time stands still for a moment — and a pleasure that tempts you to stay a little longer.

A place to experience

Alpe Pragas is a place for all the senses. As you browse the boutique, you are welcome to taste our fruity delights. If you would like to know more, join us on a guided tour that takes in a view of the manufactory, with a tasting experience at the end. In summer, afternoons draw to a close over an aperitif and live music, and in the tower you will find a small art exhibition throughout the year. This is how the world of Alpe Pragas takes shape: taste, nature and art, closely interwoven.
