For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 180g butter
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 200g sugar

For the fullness:

• Alpe Pragas fruit preserve Apple Strudel


Knead the flour, baking powder, eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar into a smooth dough. Then let it rest for about 1/2 hour. Then divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll out and fill with Alpe Pragas fruit preserve. Finally, brush the strudel with the cold milk. Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle the still warm strudel with icing sugar and serve with vanilla sauce if necessary.
