Alpe Pragas Ginger Spritz

INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 4 cl Alpe Pragas Apricot Syrup
- 6 cl ginger beer
- 6 cl Prosecco
- 4 cl sparkling water
- Mint
METHOD
- Put a few ice cubes into a nice glass and add 4 cl of apricot syrup. Then pour in 6 cl of ginger beer and 6 cl of Prosecco, followed by a splash of sparkling water.
- Stir briefly, then add fresh mint leaves and serve ice cold.
