I Pancake di Alpe Pragas


  • 200ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 25g of sugar
  • 120 g of flour
  • 30 g of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of “Myrtillus” Bilberry fruit preserve 335g


Pour all the ingredients (except the fruit preserve) into the glass of the hand blender and blend for a few moments. Let the batter rest for half an hour in a cool place. Butter a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter: turn the pancake over when holes start to form on the surface and cook it for 1-2 minutes on the other side as well. Serve the pancakes with the bilberry fruit preserve.
