Yoghurt Lollies with "Summer Dream" Fruit Preserve

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 g full-fat natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 200 g "Summer Dream" fruit preserve
  • 60 g chopped pistachios
  • 70 g chocolate granola

METHOD

  1. Sweeten the yoghurt with honey and mix thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Fill the lolly moulds, alternating layers of yoghurt and fruit preserve. Add the chopped pistachios between the layers.
  3. Top with chocolate granola, then cover the moulds with the lids and insert the wooden sticks.
  4. Transfer to the freezer and leave to freeze for at least 8 hours before enjoying.
