Yoghurt Lollies with "Summer Dream" Fruit Preserve
INGREDIENTS
- 600 g full-fat natural yoghurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 200 g "Summer Dream" fruit preserve
- 60 g chopped pistachios
- 70 g chocolate granola
METHOD
- Sweeten the yoghurt with honey and mix thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Fill the lolly moulds, alternating layers of yoghurt and fruit preserve. Add the chopped pistachios between the layers.
- Top with chocolate granola, then cover the moulds with the lids and insert the wooden sticks.
- Transfer to the freezer and leave to freeze for at least 8 hours before enjoying.
