Alpe Pragas Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- 550 g cream cheese
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 180 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 50 ml double cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- Organic fruit preserve of your choice
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Crush the digestive biscuits finely, add the melted butter, and press the mixture into a greased springform tin.
- Place the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, double cream, and vanilla pod in a bowl and whisk everything together.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool in the fridge for at least 6 hours after baking.
- Add the organic fruit preserve and enjoy the cheesecake.
