Berry Smoothie Granita

Granita di Smoothie ai mirtilli

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 ml organic smoothie from Alpe Pragas – Vitis (cranberry) or Myrtillus (blueberry)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water

METHOD

  1. Make a syrup by dissolving the sugar in 100 ml of hot water. Let it cool, then stir in the smoothie.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow metal tray, level it out and place it in the freezer.
  3. Every 30–60 minutes, scrape with a fork to break up the ice crystals until you reach your preferred granita texture. Serve well chilled.
