400 ml of Bio Smoothie Vitis - Lingonberry or Myrtillus - Bilberry

100 g of sugar

Make a syrup with the sugar and 100 ml of water and add it to the smoothie.

Pour the liquid into an aluminum plate and place it in the freezer, so that it remains flat: let it harden, stirring occasionally with a fork, until you have a granita of the consistency you prefer.
