Berry Smoothie Granita
INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml organic smoothie from Alpe Pragas – Vitis (lingonberry) or Myrtillus (blueberry)
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml water
METHOD
- Make a syrup by dissolving the sugar in 100 ml of hot water. Let it cool, then stir in the smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow metal tray, level it out and place it in the freezer.
- Every 30–60 minutes, scrape with a fork to break up the ice crystals until you reach your preferred granita texture. Serve well chilled.
