Fruit preserve green Gooseberry - From refreshingly fruity green gooseberries. The gooseberry (Ribes uva-crispa) is a bare winter shrub of the gooseberry family in northern and central Europe. The juicy berries have a diameter of about 10 - 20 mm. Gooseberries contain a lot of vitamin C.
