Raspera - fruit preserve made from fresh dark red raspberries. The "Willamette" variety used by ALPE PRAGAS belongs to the summer raspberries and is characterised by a particularly intense aroma. The fruits have a Vitman C content of 25 mg / 100 g. The raspberry - Rubus idaeus - is a plant found throughout the northern hemisphere and along the edges of the forest. A distinction is made between summer and autumn raspberries.
