A fruit specialty made from wild-growing, hand-picked bilberries, refined with the unique aroma of mountain pine oil, a little sugar, and a dash of lemon juice.

Flavour: Intensely aromatic—the bilberries offer a fruity sweetness and a delicate hint of acidity, perfectly complementing the earthy, spicy notes of mountain pine. A sophisticated combination that captures the essence of the forest.

 

Ingredients -Bilberries (75%), sugar, lemon juice, mountain pine oil, gelling agent: pectin (from apple).
