Bilberry syrup - Sweet bilberries from wild harvesting. The bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is a plant genus of the heather family (Ericaceae) with about 100-150 species. The most common species used by Alpe Pragas is the wild bilberry "Vaccinium myrtillus", which is recommended as a refreshing drink, aperitif & cocktail.
