A fruit specialty made from sun-ripened, hand-picked Williams Christ pears, complemented with a pinch of Tahitian vanilla. The pears come from the sunny slopes of Partschins in South Tyrol. Refined with a little sugar and a dash of lemon juice.

Flavour: Delicate and sweet, with an intense, natural sweetness beautifully complemented by the fine, aromatic Tahitian vanilla.
