Organic fruit preserve raspberry - The raspberry (Rubus idaeus) is a plant species found all over the northern hemisphere at forest margins and clearings. A distinction is made between summer and autumn raspberries. The variety "Willamette" used by Alpe Pragas belongs to the summer raspberries and is characterized by its particularly intense aroma. The fruits have a vitamin C content of 25 mg/100g. They also contain vitamin A, biotin and the flavanoid rutin.
