Raspera - fruit preserve made from fresh dark red raspberries. The "Willamette" variety used by ALPE PRAGAS belongs to the summer raspberries and is characterised by a particularly intense aroma.

/2 Alba fruit preserve Apricot

Fruit preserve apricot - Made from honey-sweet, delicious apricots. The apricot (Prunus armeniaca) belongs to the subgenus Prunophora of the genus Prunus, which belongs to the rose family. Apricots are mainly cultivated in Mediterranean countries such as Italy and Spain. There are also more northerly cultivation areas, such as in the South Tyrolean Vinschgau, from where we obtain our apricots.

/3 Myrtillus fruit preserve Bilberry

Fruit preserve bilberry - Made from sweet bilberries from wild harvesting. The bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is a plant genus of the heather family (Ericaceae) with about 100-150 species. The most common species used by Alpe Pragas is the wild bilberry "Vaccinium myrtillus".
