/1 Fruit preserve with Punch 110g

Fruit specialty made from apples, clementines, sugar, punch and cinnamon. Delicious for breakfast on bread, for cheese or to refine desserts.

Ingredients - Apple (40%), clementine (30%), sugar, punch (9%) (water, apple juice concentrate, sugar, alcohol, extraction from herbage/fruits/spicery, distillate), cinnamon, vanilla bean, pectin (from apple). Contains alcohol 1,4% vol.

/2 Raspera fruit preserve Raspberry

Raspera - fruit preserve made from fresh dark red raspberries. The "Willamette" variety used by ALPE PRAGAS belongs to the summer raspberries and is characterised by a particularly intense aroma.

/3 Myrtillus fruit preserve Bilberry

Fruit preserve bilberry - Made from sweet bilberries from wild harvesting. The bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is a plant genus of the heather family (Ericaceae) with about 100-150 species. The most common species used by Alpe Pragas is the wild bilberry "Vaccinium myrtillus". The forest bilberry thrives from the Alps to the Arctic Circle and beyond. The fruits contain a lot of carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin C and magnesium. .
