Fruit enjoyment that delights – beautifully packaged. Perfect as a gift or for your own indulgence. Fruit preserve Bilberry - with sweet, midnight blue bilberries from wild harvesting. The variety used by Alpe Pragas is the wild bilberry "Vaccinium myrtillus". The fruits contain a lot of carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin C and magnesium. Due to the anthocyanins they contain they colour the mouth and the teeth blue when consumed. Anthocyanins are also known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
