Raspberry syrup. The raspberry (Rubus idaeus) is a plant species found all over the northern hemisphere at forest margins and clearings. A distinction is made between summer and autumn raspberries. The "Willamette" variety used by Alpe Pragas belongs to the group of summer raspberries and is characterised by its particularly intense aroma. Recommended as a soft drink, aperitif & cocktail.
Ingredients: Raspberry juice (50%), sugar, lemon juice.
