Fruit preserve Apricot, Ginger & Peppermint - An exotic, fresh composition of honey-sweet apricots paired with slightly spicy ginger and peppermint from the Dolomites. On our own fields we cultivate the peppermint which is carefully picked by hand in the months of July and August.

Ingredients - Apricots (75%), sugar, ginger (1,5%), lemon juice, peppermint (0,2%), gelling agent: pectin (from apple)
