Fruit specialty made from fully ripe, hand-picked blackberries and blackcurrants, refined with fine vanilla, low sugar, and a hint of lemon juice. The dark berries stand out for their intense flavor and balanced interplay of sweetness and gentle acidity, while the vanilla adds a warm and elegant note. In our manufactory, the fruits are carefully hand-sorted, cleaned, and inspected, then gently processed to ensure a rich and harmonious taste experience.

Flavour: Intensely fruity and well-balanced, combining the slightly tart sweetness of blackberries with the lively acidity of blackcurrants. The vanilla adds a soft, warm note and rounds off the flavor elegantly.

Ingredients - Blackberries (60%), Black Currants (15%), Sugar, Lemon Juice, Tahiti vanilla 0,04%), gelling agent: pectin (from apple).
