Summer at Alpe Pragas is made for slowing down and soaking it all in.

Our bar and outdoor lounge area are perfect for a laid-back aperitif in good company.

Tasting Experience

From 24 June to 3 September 2025, every Tuesday at 10:00 am, we invite you to a special tasting experience. Learn more about our manufactory and the fruit processing - enjoy a guided tasting of our fruity delights afterwards. Outside the summer season, group tastings (10+ people) are available on request.

Photo Exhibition – Save the Dolomites by Giuseppe Ghedina

A photographic project reflecting the beauty and fragility of the Dolomites. Images that seem to float like visions in the air, yet capture a precious reality that must be protected and preserved. This project turns the visual experience of the Dolomites’ delicate beauty into a powerful message, raising awareness about the environment we live in.

Picnic and Music

This summer, Alpe Pragas invites you to musical afternoons with the duo “Le Fiabe di John.”

Dates: 4th, 11th, 18th July and 1st, 8th, 29th August, from 3 to 7 pm.

Traffic Restrictions in the Braies Valley – Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access the Braies Valley?

To visit the valley, you’ll need a transit permit that allows you access. Here are the options available:

1. Transit permit for visiting Alpe Pragas: If you want to visit our boutique (without continuing on to Lake Braies), you can book a transit permit online. The cost is €20, and you’ll receive a voucher of the same value to spend in our shop or bar.

2. Combined ticket including Lake Braies visit: If you’d also like to visit Lake Braies, you’ll need to book the combined ticket online. The cost is €40: €20 for the transit permit to the valley and parking at the lake, plus a €20 voucher valid at participating shops, including ours.

What are the dates and hours for the traffic restrictions?

Is parking at the lake included in the ticket?

The €20 ticket (transit permit) only grants access to the valley and our shop. Parking at Lake Braies is not included.

If you want to park directly at the lake, you’ll need to purchase the €40 combined ticket, which includes valley access, parking at the lake, and a €20 voucher valid at our shop as well.

What are Alpe Pragas’ opening hours during the summer months?

From 29 June to 21 September 2025, Alpe Pragas is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
