General conditions of the Alpe Pragas loyalty program
Promoter
Alpe Pragas Srl (VAT number / Tax ID number 01649060215), represented by its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in Braies di Fuori 38, 39030 Braies.
Sales outlets involved and scope of the initiative
The loyalty program is made available mainly through the app, at the direct sales point on site and online at www.alpepragas.com.
Period of execution
From 01/01/2025 – 31/12/2025
Recipients
All customers who register for the Alpe Pragas Friends loyalty program and are recognized as MEMBER ID holders when purchasing products and services in the Alpe Pragas store in Braies and on alpepragas.com.
Participation is also guaranteed to foreign users who make purchases on the Italian online e-commerce website www.alpepragas.com.
Alpe Pragas retailers are excluded from the loyalty program.
HOW THE ALPE PRAGAS FRIENDS LOYALTY PROGRAM WORKS
You can join the “ALPE PRAGAS FRIENDS” Loyalty Program through the following channels:
To activate their MEMBER ID, the customer must complete the registration on the alpepragas.com website to obtain their credentials.
Registration for Alpe Pragas membership requires the creation of a specific account that will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site and be recognized and identified by the sales staff at the Alpe Pragas store in Braies.
Upon registration and initial use, customers will be asked to provide the required information to obtain a Member ID code, including their personal details (their data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy provided) and acceptance of the terms and conditions. Use of your Member ID is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each member may not activate more than one Member ID for the entire duration of the membership program. Therefore, improper use will result in the ID being blocked.
Points Assignment
Customers who purchase products or services will accumulate points according to the scheme below, with rounding as shown below, based on the calculation logic for each individual receipt/order. To manage decimals, 1 point will be counted, rounding up for a spend of €0.50; while, for a spend of €0.49, it will be rounded down, resulting in a value equivalent to 0 points.
The points accumulated will contribute to reaching loyalty levels and can be used to convert them into value discounts.

Points are accumulated as follows: 1 Point for every €1 spent (€1 = 1 Point) at the Alpe Pragas store in Braies and on www.alpepragas.com

Accumulated points can be converted into value discounts. The thresholds required to claim discounts are:
- 80 points accumulated, which entitle you to free shipping
- 150 points accumulated, which entitle you to a discount worth €5
- 225 points accumulated, which entitle you to a discount worth €7.50
- 300 points accumulated, which entitle you to a discount worth €10
- 450 points accumulated, which entitle you to a discount worth €15
- 600 points accumulated, which entitle you to a discount worth €20
Generating/creating a discount by the customer, for immediate or subsequent use, will result in the deduction of a number of points equal to the corresponding threshold value as indicated above (e.g., redeeming a €5 discount will deduct 150 points, while redeeming a €15 discount will deduct 450 points). Only one value discount can be applied per purchase, regardless of the number of points accumulated.
How to convert points
The customer must log in to the app, select the reward from those available, and activate it. Activating a reward converts the points into a voucher. Vouchers obtained in this way can be used directly on the alpepragas.com website by logging into your profile, or through the app, using the "Add to cart now" feature found within the requested reward.
Alpe Pragas Srl may deduct points from a Customer assigned by mistake and/or for violations of the Regulations by the Customer.
Customers can check their accumulated points balance at any time through the following channels:
- by contacting the sales staff at the Alpe Pragas store in Braies
- on the alpepragas.com website by logging in and accessing your personal area.
Only in the event of technical problems will they be uploaded and visible within a longer period, up to a maximum of 15 days.
Alpe Pragas Srl will not assume any responsibility for any improper use of the Member ID by unauthorized persons.
Exclusion of the possibility of using discounts
The discount accrued is not applicable to the purchase of Gift Cards or to shipping costs incurred for purchases on the alpepragas.com website.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES
During the "Alpe Pragas Community" loyalty program period, Alpe Pragas Srl reserves the right to award a higher number of points for specific promotional activities, including those of limited duration, or for the purchase of certain product and/or service categories. It also reserves the right to include additional product and/or service categories in the promotion, and to offer any discounts or other benefits to participating customers, providing notice of such discounts on the website and in-store. Exclusive discounts or promotions are also available for participants, and activation of these promotions will be communicated via email and/or text message and/or WhatsApp.
Cancellation from the program

PUBLICITY OF THE REGULATION
This initiative will be advertised through promotional materials on the website www.alpepragas.com, at the Alpe Pragas store in Braies, and on Alpe Pragas' social media channels. Advertising messages communicating the initiative to its recipients will be consistent with these rules. The entire rules will be available on the website www.alpepragas.com.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Promoter declares that participation in this initiative requires the processing of participants' personal data for purposes strictly related to the initiative itself and to Membership registration, in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and subsequent amendments. Personal data will be processed, using electronic means, in full compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) for the purposes related to this initiative, and for a period of time proportionate to the purposes for which the processing is carried out. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, letters b), c) of EU Regulation 2016/679, which ensures that data will be processed using tools and procedures suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of participants. The data received will be managed by the Data Controller and by third parties appointed as data processors, as well as communicated to any recipients pursuant to legal obligations, and will not be disseminated. The data received may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling; by participating in this program, participants explicitly consent to such processing. Participants may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for by EU Regulation 679/2016, including the right to obtain confirmation of the origin and existence of personal data concerning them, their updating, rectification, or integration, and the right to object to the processing of such data. The data collected may be disclosed to third-party companies or consultants used by Alpe Pragas srl to manage and implement the aforementioned initiative. At any time, you may request the data controller to delete the data provided by writing to or contacting the Promoter. Participants should read the privacy policy.
MISCELLANEOUS – RESPONSIBILITY
The Promoter reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Regulations, which, however, may not affect the rights acquired by participants and which will be communicated to them using the methods used to disseminate the original conditions of participation.
The promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will inform the Customer of any changes using the methods it deems most appropriate (for example, by post, email, on alpepragas.com, at the Alpe Pragas Store in Braies, etc.). The applicable version of these Terms and Conditions, and therefore applicable to the Customer, is the one available on alpepragas.com. The promoter invites the Customer to periodically check the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on alpepragas.com. All changes, and therefore the updated version of the Terms and Conditions, will be applicable from their publication on the Alpe Pragas website.
The Promoter may suspend or interrupt the Loyalty Program, temporarily or permanently, for any reason at its sole discretion. The suspension or interruption will take effect from the date of its publication on the alpepragas.com website. The Promoter will decide the means and methods of contacting individual Customers to inform them of the suspension or interruption.
Suspension or termination of the Loyalty Program will not entitle the member to any type of compensation. Alpe Pragas reserves the right not to contact Customers who are not active in the Program to inform them of its developments. Alpe Pragas considers inactive Customers to be those who have not purchased for at least 24 (twenty-four) months. The Promoter Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any problems that arise during the use of the rewards and cannot be held liable for the improper use of the rewards by recipients. In the event of service disruptions, breakdowns, or malfunctions, the contractual clauses of the supplier/manufacturer/distributor and any related limitations or extensions referred to in the clauses attached to the reward apply. The Promoter Company reserves the right to replace the rewards, if they are no longer available on the market, with similar ones of equal or greater value, and will provide prior notice of this.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning the execution or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, and/or termination of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the Customer's place of residence. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision does not affect the validity of the other provisions, which remain in force.
