General Terms and Conditions for the Alpe Pragas Friends loyalty programme

Participating points of sale and scope of the initiative

The loyalty programme is primarily offered via the app, directly in the shop in the manufactory and online at www.alpepragas.com

From 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2026

Beneficiaries
All customers who register in the Alpe Pragas Friends loyalty programme and are recognised as MEMBER ID when purchasing products and services in the Alpe Pragas app, in the Alpe Pragas shop in Prague and on alpepragas.com.
Participation is also guaranteed for users from abroad who make purchases on the Italian e-commerce website www.alpepragas.com.
Alpe Pragas retailers are excluded from the loyalty programme.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ALPE PRAGAS FRIENDS LOYALTY PROGRAMME
Participation in the ‘ALPE PRAGAS FRIENDS’ loyalty programme is possible through the following channels:
To activate their MEMBER ID, customers must register on the Alpe Pragas app or on the alpepragas.com website to receive their login details.
Registration for Alpe Pragas membership requires the creation of a specific account that allows the customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce website and be recognised and identified by the sales staff at the Alpe Pragas shop in Prague.
When registering and using the account for the first time, the customer will be asked to provide the mandatory information to obtain the code valid as ID MEMBER, to provide their personal data (their data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy provided) and to accept the terms and conditions. The use of the ID MEMBER is strictly personal, non-transferable to third parties and each participant may only activate one ID for the entire duration of the membership programme. Any misuse will therefore result in the ID being blocked.
 
Allocation of points

Customers who purchase products or services accumulate points according to the scheme below, with a rounding system as shown below, according to the logic of the calculation of a single receipt/order; for the management of decimal expenses, 1 point is counted, rounded up if one spends €0.5; if one spends €0.49, it is rounded down, corresponding to a value of 0 points.

The points collected contribute to loyalty levels and can be converted into discounts.

Accumulation of points

Points are earned for participating in the programme, i.e. 250 points for accessing the loyalty app.

Points are collected as follows: 1 point for every €1 spent (€1=1 point) in the Alpe Pragas shop in Braies and on www.alpepragas.com

Products/services for which points can be collected

Type of points

 

Points collected can be converted into discounts. The thresholds that must be reached in order to receive discounts are 

 

 

- 80 points collected, which entitles you to free shipping

- 150 points collected entitling you to a discount worth €5

- 225 points collected entitling you to a discount worth €7.50

- 300 points collected entitling you to a discount worth €10

- 450 points collected entitling you to a discount worth €15

- 600 points collected entitling you to a discount worth €20

 

The generation/creation of a discount by the customer for immediate or subsequent use will result in the number of points corresponding to the relevant threshold being deducted as indicated above (e.g.: the redemption of a discount worth €5 will result in the deduction of 150 points, the redemption of a discount worth €15 will result in the deduction of 450 points). Only one value discount can be granted per purchase, regardless of the number of points collected.

How to redeem points

The customer can access the app, select the price from the available prices and activate it: Activating a price involves converting the points into a voucher. The vouchers obtained in this way can be redeemed directly on the alpepragas.com website by accessing their own profile or via the app using the ‘Add to basket now’ function within the framework of the desired price.
Alpe Pragas Gmbh may deduct the points awarded to the customer for errors and/or breaches of the rules.
The customer has the option of checking their points account at any time in the following ways
- by contacting the sales staff at the Alpe Pragas shop in Prague
- on the alpepragas.com website by logging in and accessing their personal area.
Only in the event of unforeseen technical problems can they be uploaded and made visible within a longer period of up to 15 days.  
 
Alpe Pragas Gmbh accepts no responsibility for any misuse of the ID Member by unauthorised persons. 
 
Exclusion of the possibility to use discounts 
 
The discount granted does not apply to the purchase of gift cards and to the shipping costs incurred for purchases made on the alpepragas.com website.
 
BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERSHIP 
 
During the period of validity of the ‘Alpe Pragas Friends’ loyalty programme, Alpe Pragas Srl reserves the right to award a greater number of points for certain promotions, even for a limited time, or for the purchase of certain categories of products and/or services, as well as to include other categories of products and/or services in the promotion and to grant discounts or other benefits to participating customers by informing them of them on the website and in the shop. There are also exclusive discounts or promotions reserved for participants in the initiative, the activation of which will also be communicated by email and/or SMS and/or Whatsapp.
 
Withdrawal from the programme 

 

It is possible to withdraw from membership at any time at your own discretion by sending a registered letter requesting to be removed from the loyalty programme to the following address Company headquarters: Alpe Pragas, Ausserprags 38, 39030 Prags

PROMOTION OF THE REGULATION 
This initiative will be promoted through advertising material on the website www.alpepragas.com, in the Alpe Pragas branch in Prague and on Alpe Pragas social networks. The advertising messages used to communicate the initiative to the recipients will be in accordance with this Regulation. The entire regulation can be viewed on the website www.alpepragas.com
 
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 
 
The sponsoring company declares that participation in this initiative implies the processing of participants' personal data for purposes strictly related to the initiative itself and membership, in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016(GDPR) and subsequent amendments. Personal data will be processed using electronic tools in full compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016(GDPR) for the purposes related to this initiative and for a period of time that is proportionate to the purposes for which the processing is carried out. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 letter b), c) of EU Regulation 2016/679, which ensures that the processing of data is carried out through the use of appropriate tools and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of participants. The data obtained will be managed by the data controller and by third parties appointed as data processors, as well as communicated to possible recipients on the basis of legal obligations and will not be disseminated. The data obtained may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling; by participating in this programme, participants give their express consent to such processing. Participants may at any time exercise their rights in accordance with the rights provided for in EU Regulation 679/2016, including the right to obtain confirmation of the origin, existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, their updating, rectification or integration, the right to oppose their processing. The data collected may be communicated to third party companies or consultants used by Alpe Pragas s.r.l. for the management and implementation of the aforementioned initiative. It is possible to request the cancellation of the data provided at any time by writing to the promoter. Participants must read the information.
The organising company reserves the right to make changes or additions to these rules, which may not affect the rights acquired by the participants and will be communicated to them in the same way as the original conditions of participation were distributed. 
 
The organising company reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and will inform the customer of the amendments in the manner it deems most appropriate (e.g. by post, e-mail, on alpepragas.com, in the Alpe Pragas store in Prague, etc.). The version of these terms and conditions that is valid and therefore applicable to the customer is the one available on alpepragas.com. The Organiser invites the Customer to regularly check alpepragas.com for the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Any changes, and therefore the updated version of the Terms and Conditions, are valid from the date of their publication on the Alpe Pragas website. 
 
The Promoter may temporarily or permanently suspend or interrupt the Loyalty Programme for any reason at its sole discretion; the suspension or interruption will take effect from the date of publication on alpepragas.com. The Promoting Company will decide how to contact individual customers to inform them of the suspension or termination.
Suspension or termination of the loyalty programme does not entitle the member to any type of compensation. Alpe Pragas reserves the right not to contact customers who are not actively participating in the programme to inform them of its developments. Alpe Pragas considers inactive customers to be those who have not made a purchase for at least 24 (twenty-four) months. Alpe Pragas cannot in any case be held responsible for any problems that may arise during the use of the prizes, nor can it be held responsible for any improper use of the prizes by the recipients. In the event of inadequacies, failures or malfunctions, the contractual clauses of the supplier/manufacturer/distributor and the corresponding limitations or extensions specified in the clauses attached to the prize shall apply. The organising company reserves the right to replace the prizes, if they are no longer available on the market, with similar prizes of equal or greater value and will give prior notice.  
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
All disputes relating to the execution or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law and all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution and/or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the Customer's domicile. Should any provision of these Conditions be declared invalid by a competent court, the invalidity of this provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.
