A fruit specialty made from hand-picked, single-variety Weirouge apples grown in Renon, South Tyrol. Refined with a little sugar, a dash of lemon juice, and rose petals. The vibrant red Weirouge apples are known for their distinctive red flesh, giving this fruit preserve its beautifully natural pink hue.

Flavour: Invigorating, tangy, floral - the tart, fresh taste of the Weirouge apples is wonderfully complemented by the delicate, fragrant notes of rose petals. A perfectly balanced composition of fruity brightness and floral elegance.
