Fruit preserve elderberry & plum - Sweet plums paired with distinctive elderberries. In August and September the black "berries", rich in vitamin C and potassium and about six millimetres in size, begin to ripen. Elderberries contain a lot of vitamin C and B. Plums, on the other hand, contain plenty of fibre and high amounts of potassium.
Ingredients - Elderberries (64%), sugar, plums (11%), lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from apple).
