Fruit preserve plum - made with sweet plums. Plum (Prunus domestica) belongs to the rose family and is a stone fruit. Originally from Asia Minor, the cultivated plum was cultivated in Greece 2500 years ago and came to Italy in the 2nd century BC. Plums also provide high amounts of potassium and vitamin B.
Ingredients - Plum (75%), sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from apple).
